“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom.” – Anas Nin, author, diarist
Sometimes we see a quote and it really resonates – when I first read the one above I was nodding my head with tears in my eyes.
How often do we stay where we are out of fear of change? Fear of ridicule? Fear of guilt? Fear of anger – at ourselves and or others?
In my opinion, life is too short for us to stay in that painful but ‘safe’ place. Life should be lived to the full… we should be happy, we should be peaceful, able to appreciate the sun shining in the sky and the birds singing.
Easy for you to write you might be thinking. All those ‘shoulds’ – I should do this and I should think that. How do I turn the ‘should’ into ‘am’? I am happy, I am peaceful.
Well… you can begin to use meridian tapping on a daily basis. Just a few minutes a day will help a lot. Help to release the anger and fear and guilt.
There are instructions on how to tap on our website. If you need more help, then contact me, Maureen, and I will be extremely happy to help you help yourself to a happier more fulfilling life starting right now :).
